Absolutely riveting story, with well-written characters and a lot of lore. A must for any 40K fan and a very good novel to delve into the universe, albeit probably not a good *first* 40K novel. As always, Jonathan Keeble killed it with his performance.

it sags a bit too much in the middle but the ending is epic Hearing the emporer speak I have to admit the author nailed it. Also the performance was very well done!
