The main purpose I tried the Metabolism Plan is because I wanted to get rid of my chronic eczema. I've had really bad eczema for 28 years now and I've tried a million things. I'm trying different diets now. I followed the first 16 days of the meal plans provided by the Metabolism Plan and my eczema is SOO bad now. It's in a HORRIBLE flare-up. *sigh* Going to try the 'raw diet' next I guess.

I did lose 5lb which was great, but this wasn't my main goal. I liked that it also got me back into salads again. Thankful for what I'm taking away but I will not be continuing this diet anymore.
