If you didn’t know a lot about Marilyn Munro, this would give you a bit of a starter, but it’s really all about her demise. Insightful for sure, but mostly sad. What a lost soul. There were aspects of this book I did not like, such as judging her sex life by calling her promiscuous… that may be the case, but who are we to judge others? Just tell the story, sans labels. Heavily focused on her final month, and the psychiatrist and medical doctors she saw during that period. Hard to feel uplifted after listening.
