Another absolutely stunning work of art.
You can't help but get so invested in the lives of all 3 children that you feel their weakness and strength internally. Once again, the author does and exquisite job telling the tale in a fashion that best suits his characters and environment. I listen to his books on my way to work and back each day, and every single moment I join the journey again, he brings me right back into the heart of the story. I never get the feeling of "where are we again, or what was happening?" even through days in between listening.

I am 28 and highly recommend this fantasy book series to all ages (there are some “scary” parts for the littles). Andrew Peterson masterfully crafted this entire series. There are twists and turns, relatable characters, parts to make you laugh and others to cry. Beautiful story, amazing message, expertly written and the narration is outstanding.
