À propos de cet audio

THE SHUT-IN'S JOURNEY

The game is over for Yoshio. His villagers are gone, all dead as far as he can tell. But just as he is overcome with despair, one final gift arrives from the Village of Fate--a package containing the NPC Carol, and she's clearly a real, live girl. With Carol in tow, Yoshio leaves the safety of his home to travel to Hokkaido, where the developers are located. He will uncover the truth of this mysterious game once and for all!

While it is an interesting idea, the author tends to inconsistently remember the rules of the world, forcing situations that shouldn't be possible or characters fail to understand statements they should, given they're ability to understand players. Also, far too many moments of inaction, where anyone would act to attack or run. Also, instead of telling the truth to gain allies, if only to simplify his goals, he lies constantly, only increasing the difficulty of his situation and lacks awareness of the danger, despite repeated assaults. Idiot protagonist...

Interesting with inconsistent story details

I enjoyed the story more in books one and two. The reveal of the mystery in this book took away some of the intrigue the story had built. Still liked how self-aware the MC was though, and glad to see his development. Ending was a bit emotional. Decent spot to end things, but I feel it could continue further.

Nice conclusion, but shakes things up too much.
