Decent message but shallow and repetitive exploration

I guess I should've known that a group of essays of this type would be a bunch of people saying similar things with a lack of depth. I agree that we need to move to commons and fundamentally transform our system but I find these kinds of collections tend to saturate the message without providing the depth required and ends up destroying terms (as we see sustainability being overused and thus looses it's meaning)

it was simultaneously too organized and not organized in the sense that there was too much overlap and repetition between essay. Maybe I'm just coming to this book after hearing about this parallel between the pandemic and climate crisis, but I didn't feel that they went far enough. Maybe I'm not the target audience, and atleast I get a list of organizations to look into, but I fear that solutions raised in this way isn't helpful.

also the audiobook would've been much better if each author read their essay. as the audio performance was very monotone ,prescriptive and lacking emphasis.
