Fantastic First Audible Book
I have been doing a lot of driving and someone suggested Audible books. I purchased this book and saved my credits. The very best part of this, is that the book was read by the author, and it absolutely made the book. He not only wrote a fantastic book but what an insight when it's read by the author. I was so happy to hear it was him. I listened to the entire book on my drive from Edmonton, Alberta to Vancouver and than a week later I listened to it again from Vancouver, BC to Moose Jaw, Sask. I need PMA in my life as I suffer from Mefloquine Poisoning and I very much need to stay on the positive side. Thanks for an outstanding book and I am sure I will listen to it again many more times. I am driving back and forth across Canada to talk about Mefloquine poisoning to other members of the Canadian Armed Forces as we were forced to take it for anti malaria but it's loaded with side effects. I am also, in total agreement about eating healthy as well, so it's a great book if you want to live a more positive lifestyle. Thank you John Joseph, for writing and reading a fantastic book. PMA rocks!!!

Listen to the man
This book will give you the tools to change your life, but don't be fooled into thinking all you have to do is read & that's that. There is work to be done, lessons to absorb & applied. Change doesn't come easy.
The good news is, John offers a bunch of strategies for setting yourself straight. Even if only 5% of his advice sticks, you'll be in a good place.

Totally Unexpected
Loved every minute and highly recommend it! I’ve listened to many books about positivity and this one is unique. Raw and honest. The language might offend some folks. I’ve listened to other books where it bothered me because I felt it was done for effect. Not the case here - just someone telling their story in their own way. I’ll listen to it over and over again. Packed with great advice.

One of the best books Ive ever listened too!

Motivational
Only thing I didn't care for was too mu h talk about triathlon and super training as it doesn't relate to the average person.
other than that he is correct in helping others push through and helps stop any self pity self talk.
