I hate doing this but this was extremely disappointing. I heard about this author from a recent podcast that I listened to. this book is just a list of what he did.. not how. I.e. first you get an assistant, then a buyers agent(partner) and so on... absolutely zero strategy, zero step by step practical action steps. Likely one of the worse audiobook purchases I've made.
