Loved the story, but the narrator was back and forth a lot between voices even when not in dialogue. Also, the narrator seems to have a habit of using an up inflection when ending a sentence which makes it seem like a question or like she wasn't finished speaking or was out of breath. An overuse of emotion maybe? Could be just the rythm of her voice but was really jarring and kept me from getting truly invested and enjoying the story.
