My Go-To QiGong Reference Book
I have followed Ken Cohen’s teachings for years, and find them to be comprehensive, with clearly and concisely explained theory, and doable, easy to follow instructions for the exercises.
This audio book also carries the hard to describe gift of the author’s transmission, a quality that inspires and uplifts beyond words. Excellent meditation practices
This is probably much better in audio format than book. You can use it as a guided meditation, there are some visualization meditation practices

Really enjoyed this book.
This book is well researched, authoritative, and spends a good deal of time on very useful meditations. I recommend it as a core book for your Qigong. It is read by the author and it feels very natural.
