Hard to hear. Definitely requires a trigger warning for women who have had parents & partners who are/were abusive. Highly recommend women who are farther along in their healing journey and in a good place to consider reading, but not before you recover from people pleasing, 'fawning', and over giving to your partner in toxic ways.
