When murdered sinners fail to show up in hell, it's up to Salim Ghadafar, an atheist warrior forced to solve problems for the goddess of death, to track down the missing souls. I enjoyed this book. good storytelling and voice acting. plus it is always interesting to learn more about the world they are creating

I’ve listened to EVERY Pathfinder book on Audible, but thisnone and its predecessor are the only two that I’ve read multiple times. James L. Sutter is amazing! I wish there were 10 more books in this series so that I could get a tour of ALL the Planes. This one does a great job with Heaven, and as a Pathfinder GM, I used this book as my inspiration and descriptive foundation for a campaign I ran that went to Heaven to destroy an evil artifact.

The absolute worst part of this series is that it stops after two books. Please write more, James!!
