This is a great example of what happens when fights Vs story comes into play. While a great story, the fights were drawn out a little too much and caused the story to get a little too on balanced, it's something that you can listen to. And is a great bridge for the next book. But just be aware, this is for battle junkies. At the expense of the story, but it's not too overpower. The story is there It just takes a bit in a few places to not want to just turn it off.Because the fights are just so long

Overall, I enjoyed the first book based on the storyline however, the character has no growth or development that I’ve seen coming into the second book. He’s just an arrogant jerk for no reason on top of which there is no shown change or growth to the character
