Kate wasn’t expecting a proposal, but when Rob pushed the small velvet box across the table how could she not get her hopes up? Honestly, I couldn’t get through the book, I stopped a little more than half way. The story was boring, predictable and dry. It’s a good book if you want something mindless. Narrator messes up tones once in a while
