Starseer, pilot, and animal lover Jelena Marchenko wants to prove to her parents that she's ready to captain her own freighter and help run the family business. Have really liked all the books by Lindsay so far, besides this one. Not sure if it’s just the narrator, but I had a really really hard time getting into this book. Didn’t enjoy the first part about rescuing the animals, I love animals personally but I didn’t find it was as “intense” as most of the “action scenes” from her other books.
