Fantastic!!
This book is such an eye opener into a complex, unique, and interesting culture. I would absolutely recommend for anyone who wants to hear the other side of the Genghis Khan story, the parts where European history doesn't go or understand. This book is brilliant.

Wow, neat book.
Fascinating and fun. Robertson Dean's chocolatey tones are great to relax to. Weatherford's scholarship is rigorous, yet the narrative still flows nicely.

Well narrated glimpse of fascinating topic
I previously knew very little about the Mongolian Empire, but this book gave a really interesting look into the lives of these women, and the role of women in this society more broadly.
A big shout out to the great narration, which was both pleasant and engaging.
