Great book on the inner world of introverts. Most I intuitively knew already, plus quite a bit of new stuff. Enjoyed the section on introvert-introvert vs introvert-extrovert relationships, lots of ideas. Highly recommended.

This was not entirely new information to me since I've been interested in understanding introversion for a long time, but this was a great read. A wealth of information and understanding in one place, it's as if the author knew me. I recommend this book to any introverts and extraverts seeking understanding and introversion better.

The narration by Susue Berneis was also great.
