Not super helpful
A great premise and I'm sure very helpful for some readers but for me there was too much talk about the author and why the book was written the way it was and how its different and amazing rather than helping me really make transformative change with my self love/insecurities that are weighing heavily on my at this point. Again could be a very helpful book for some but just wasn't beneficial for me.

Felt childlike listening to this
I found this book very hard to listen to by audible the presentation felt like I was a child being talked to by a mother the content I found to be quite shallow and mostly focussed on eating disorder I did not enjoy this book or find any great meeting or help. Self love was repeated so many times that it became really hard to listen to as it just felt like every sentence was repeated.

Sadly, repetitive
I found this book to be too repetitive for my liking. It felt like I was hearing the same thing over and over. Narration was great although I had to speed it up considerably but the voice was soothing.

No what i expected
i had different expectation, The book does not speak to the male voice point of view. I thought somewhere in the book i will start to related but i am 4 hours in listening and i still cannot relate.
