Good book just some accents are infuriating

The first 3 books jeanelle has no distinct accent. However in this particular book she has an awful butchered Scottish accent. It is so bad I almost can’t read the books....considering it’s the same person doing the narrating for all of the books it’s quite disappointing that they weren’t consistent.
