The story follows Harry, a determined snail who struggles with being late for school. Despite facing taunts from classmates like Hopsy The Rabbit, Harry remains hopeful and persistent. Encouraged by a mysterious encounter with a mole, Harry sets out to find the wise turtle in the swamp to learn how to stop time. Along the way, he reunites with his friends Molly and Theo, who support him in his journey. However, Harry learns from the turtle that he doesn't need to stop time to succeed. Instead, persistence and belief in himself are the key.
With newfound confidence, Harry arrives at school on time with the help of Hopsy, who has a change of heart. The story ends with Harry embracing his dreams and working towards achieving them, filled with hope and determination.
