Greg Koukl is gifted in describing and explaining things in such a way that everyone can grasp. He has a very welcoming and approachable writing style. He takes what could have been filled with intellectual and theological terminologies and heady stuff to something that you might hear in a conversation with a friend.

Speaking of friends, the audio version of this book, which is narrated by the author, is excellent. I would almost recommend having both the audio as well as the written versions. Koukl is very engaging in reading his book such that it is very easy to follow along and forget about time. The written version would be great if you want to go through parts carefully, make notes, or highlight things that are meaning for you.

The Story of Reality is highly recommended for both those who are wanting to understand what the Bible is really about as well as those who identify as Christians. All will learn a lot.

I liked that the author and he is also the narrator, makes so much sense. He logically and carefully explains the story of our existence! And he does so without so much wordiness so that it is easy to understand.
