One of the most significant books ever written by a head of state, the Meditations are a collection of philosophical thoughts by the Emperor Marcus Aurelius (121 - 180 ce). Covering issues such as duty, forgiveness, brotherhood, strength in adversity and the best way to approach life and death, the Meditations have inspired thinkers, poets and politicians since their first publication more than 500 years ago. Today, the book stands as one of the great guides and companions - a cornerstone of Western thought.

"While the history books are filled with tales of obsessive visionary geniuses who remade the world in their images with sheer, almost irrational force, I've found that history is also made by individuals who fought their egos at every turn, who eschewed the spotlight, and who put their higher goals above their desire for recognition." Grounding and Timeless Content
Would you listen to The Tao of Seneca again? Why?
Yes, I listen to a few minutes of Seneca or Marcus Aureleus each morning while out walking and having coffee - a great way to start each day with 5-15 minutes of listening to one of the great Stoics. I suggest nibbling away at the Tao of Seneca (1-3) mixed in with your other books as its a bit heavy to listen to straight through.

practical and useful
Very good and unique. Filled with practical, useful wisdom. Highly recomended.
However, a few of the letters were filled with a bit to much irrelevant writings is my opinion. perhaps it did serve well although by setting one up for the coming messanges.
in any case, definetly worth your time.
