This book was so terrible. its just a big multi practitoner marketing campaign. Every chapter is a my story section, followed by a brief Tool, then a biography with contact info for that practitioner. The tools were pointless and none of them were new, inspiring or even interesting to me. I have watched free energy healing summit lectures that give way more meaningful and useful information with a marketing angle but then i don't have to pay for those. Two chapters had a yoga pose as the tool which was not a new modality at all. Some practitioners offered mediations or something for free on their website, newsletter or Facebook group but i don't feel like signing up for more emails. I hated the narrator, she sounded like she had too big for her mouth braces which was irritating and she didn't know how to emphasize things like in jokes. This book should have been free. Even if it had been free i wouldn't have taken anything away from it. Glad i haven't read any more books in this series.
