Lucian Wardy, a solitary writer-philosopher, receives a strange inheritance: an old pocket watch, heavy with tarnish and engraved with fading initials. Each time the watch falters, Lucian feels reality shifting around him, friends gone, manuscripts undone, memories uncertain.
As the skips grow longer, he realises a darker truth: he may not be the true Lucian at all, but only a fragment—a discarded life caught in the silence between moments.
