I had read this book when I was 13. I had read The 2 books to follow as well as a teenager. Again at age 32, I read the trilogy. I have loved it every time. Now 41 years old, I decided to do it all again via Audiobook. Absolutely fantastic to say the least. Kate Reading is amazing.

This is a slow one so be prepared, some folks may find this boring but this is the writing style of Anne Rice. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and will be moving unto the others. I think there is a movie or tv series on it.

Having been to New Orleans I found this story so engaging and entertaining. I could see first street and the places they describe. Just loved this book!
