To me, this is the perfect book. The past and present timelines, the pacing, the tone, the ambience, the mystery, the coming of age struggles... every word is just perfection. It was wonderful to hear the story read by Meg Howrey herself after reading the hardcover. Wonderful narration. This is my comfort book that I keep going back to. An excellent listen!
