In 1993 Greg Mortenson was the exhausted survivor of a failed attempt to ascend K2, an American climbing bum wandering emaciated and lost through Pakistan's Karakoram Himalaya. Disappointment

While the narrator did an alright job, I was really disheartened to learn that most of the story is built upon falsehoods. It's distressing to learn that the co-author took his life after being unwittingly taken along on this anti-hero's false journey.
