Back in 2007, I stepped on stage for the first time at a conference to deliver a presentation on a subject I knew full well, but that didn't stop the anxiety and the panic. I did make it out alive, but it wasn't easy. I'm happy to report that more than 30 speaking opportunities later (at conferences alone) scattered over the past 10 years have helped me get over my fear of public speaking.
