Welcome to Tombstone, Arizona. Michael can both see and talk to ghosts. He can also talk to certain animals. Penny, a calico cat, you can't trust, and she is snarky. Neil, the Raven, is very nosy and always has something to say, whether you want to hear it or not.
Michael meets Doc Holliday, who then introduces him to all the local ghosts of Tombstone and the weekly ghost stagecoach that arrives weekly, picking up and dropping off Tombstone's best and worst. These ghosts can't keep from revisiting Tombstone. By the way, Doc Holliday doesn't know that Michael can talk to both Penny and Neil, which is a source of comedy in itself.
They say that fiction is somewhat based on truths, so I encourage you to visit Tombstone and find out for yourself.
