Description

For freewheeling ghost hunter Chess Putnam, finding herself near-fatally poisoned by a con psychic and then stopping a murderous ghost is just another day on the job. But proving herself right means walking in the path of a maniac, not to mention standing between the two men in her life just as they are moving closer to a catastrophic showdown. Someone is dealing in murder, sex, and the supernatural, and once again Chess finds herself right in the crossfire.

Not to shabby

What made the experience of listening the most enjoyable?

The narrator. She is absolutely fantastic. And I find myself caring about Chess. She's 24 I'm 50 so it's a mother daughter thing going on

What did you like best about this story?

The character development was great. I was sad about what happened with Terrible.

In the hospital when she had company
