In 1983, I first came across self-hypnosis. This was my first glimpse into the vast power of the mind and one of the many tools to unlock its potential. Soon, I began searching for more information about self-hypnosis, the mind, and ways of accessing the amazing resources within us. What I have found is nothing short of awesome and inspiring, it has created an overwhelming sense of reverence inside of me.
This was the beginning of great things. I have since used self-hypnosis to memorize ventriloquism scripts, to create extra energy bursts in gym class, and to enhance my performance as a guitarist.
