À propos de cet audio
How would you respond?
Your child has a meltdown in the grocery store parking lot because you didn't get his favorite cereal.
Your 15-year-old throws his phone at the wall because you won't let him go to a college party that weekend.
Your seven-year-old and nine-year-old fight constantly, and you're afraid someone will get seriously injured.
Parenting is hard. It doesn't come with a manual, and sometimes punishments seem like the only way to fix undesirable behavior. In Unpunished, successful parent coach and mom of two Michelle Kenney, MEd, opens up about her struggle with parenting and how she learned to connect fully with her kids without yelling, punishments, or manipulation. Whether you're a new or seasoned parent, this thoughtful book will walk you through the process of infusing empathy and compassion into your parenting style to restore connection and improve your relationship with your child.

My little ones will appreciate that their parents have chosen to parent from a place of connection. Leaving out the time outs and bullying, and instead having their parents be real with their own history, faults, and triggers will help create the peaceful household that we really wish to have.
I look forward to listening to more of her podcasts as well. Thanks Michelle.
Unpunished is as much for you as it is your child.
