I loved every second of this book! It was my first by Claire Contreras and I love her writing so much, that I just purchased two other paperbacks written by her!
The STORY LINE! Amazing. The character development was perfect! The twists, the suspense, THE SPICE 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️! All amazing!!!

Loved this book. It was unusual and heartbreaking . I loved it talked about subjects most avoided. This book is highly recommended.

I am so annoyed, the author left so many hints to who the villain was. Every time he was hinted at I kept on screaming “SAY HIS NAME!” I’m actually an idiot hindsight is 20/20. This audio book had me in tears and on the edge of my seat.

I really liked the story but felt the audio book was a bit disappointing in the story telling. It would have captured the emotion of the story a lot better if it had been a duet narration. It was really hard to feel the emotion of the story with the female doing most of the male narration. Joe Arden is such a great and emotional narrator and his talent was very much wasted. The female narrator was good but lacked a lot of the emotion needed for this type of storyline (especially when doing the male parts). There was nothing wrong with the story. It was a great, well written story - it is just that the emotion did not come through in the type of narration that was chosen
