It sucks you in
The story slowly grew on me. Interesting spin on the vampire story. I’m looking forward to the next in the series.

Good story, fast pace
I liked the imagination of a future world, the characters and strong females. I liked that it didn't have TOO much military or gore. The narrator was excellent: performed the story without getting in the way of the story or its narration.

Wonderful story and Narration
I had no idea what to expect when I gave this book a shot but WOW doesn’t even cover it. It’s got plenty of action, humour, great characters and more. I bought the other titles of this series because not knowing what happens next isn’t an option. I hope they make a TV series from these books! Enjoy!

Slow paced but I love the twists and turns
I definitely appreciate the Publisher's pack having book one and two put together. I feel as if I just read book one I would feel it lacking. definitely good books to pass the time with. the end of book two definitely makes you want to hear more.
