À propos de cet audio
3 Volumes in a single offering! The four rules of freelance villainy are as follows:
1. Always wear a mask
2. Never hurt civilians
3. Never kill the heroes you’re paid to fight.
4. And the bad guy always loses.
As a villain for hire I followed those rules, facing down heroes in scripted fights to make them look good for the press and brand deals. Sure, losing every time was a pain, but the money was good. Well, decent. And it kept real heroes off my back. Well, usually.
But then I got called in to train a new villainess in the fine art of menace, and suddenly I'm dealing with rogue heroes, horny scientists, yandere psychics, and in the crosshairs of one of the biggest bad guys the world has ever known. It's a good thing I'm a villain, because it's time to start breaking some rules...
Villain for Hire is a humorous adventure through the world of heroes, superpowers, love, and villainy. Featuring nefarious plots, monsters, mecha fights, and demonic dressmakers, this men's adventure is sure to delight.

Each has the hots for him for a different reason, and each brings her own problems. Oh, did I say two? Make that three, with the addition of a super genius inventor. Actually, four, with his agent. Oops, I mean five, with a devil fashion designer. He ends up running his own evil organization of beautiful women in love with him, wondering just how he got there. The reader does, too - there are in-world explanations, but they're not fantastic. But just as you begin to get frustrated with it, you forget about it because the banter is fun, the action is fast paced, and the sex is hot without getting in the way of actual plot.
This is three books in one, which is nice, since each book is pretty short on its own. The banter is great, and the characters are voiced very nicely by a talented duo. There were a few problems with the narration. One is that the male narrator was replaced in book two, which was jarring at first. Second is a few lines that are said in a completely different voice. But just as I was going to reduce its star rating, the female narrator burst into actual SONG while playing one of the characters, and...wow. Colour me impressed!
A fun take on the superhero genre
