I feel like this guy just replaced programming with meme.

And while that makes sense, and it was an important read, and definitely something I think a lot of people should be analyzing based on the prevalence of cold, send sheep, thinking, I feel like the end threw me for a loop. He talks about meditation, which I agree, is one of the most important practises to cultivate as a human human, but then he talks about his me and him, and his way of looking at the world in levels. I kind of feel like he had me, and then I questioned his credibility at the end based on his prescriptions.
