Miss Emma Collins hates being a wallflower and never understood how she’d been relegated to the unnoticeable ranks of the ton. Blake Spencer, Marquess of Ardmore decides to attend a Christmastide house party out of sheer boredom. A friend convinces him it would be a good idea. He’s not so sure until he realizes that a little wallflower has some Machiavellian plans that makes it all worthwhile. Her games intrigue him, and before he knows it, she has ensnared him in a trap he never saw coming.
