What You Wish For
The story was a good story. It started slow but got better.
My only complaint is the narrator. She read the story very well. It’s about a 28 yr old woman and a 35 year old man. The narrator is definitely not of the same era. Had the characters been in their 50’s and 60’s the choice of narrator would have made sense.

What I would wish for -everyone has something
Loved it
Performance would have been better with 2 voices as the reader would sometimes be Helen but sound like one of the man's voices she did. All in all enjoyed it

defonately worth a listen
This audio book was captivating from the moment it started, I love listening or reading anything by fern Michael's. The narrator did a great job at helping you invision intense or soft moments bringing you into the book. I would suggest a trigger warning for anyone that has struggled through abuse or domestic violence though but for those who are in a similar situation I hope this gives you guidance strength and the courage to never settle and that there is more the one person willing to help.
