À propos de cet audio

Isaiah

I had my chance at a family and it was stolen from me. I was told I was a joke, so that's just what I'll be.

But then she gives me news that turns my whole life upside down. Nina Williams is my second chance at a family, and she might just be the missing key to my heart. I just need to prove to her I'm not the joke I pretend to be.

Nina

After the loss of my parents, I'm all my brother and sister have. I'm trying to piece my family back together. I wasn't ready to start a family of my own.

One night with Isaiah Cole changed all my plans. He's nothing like I thought he was and I feel happy in his arms. But happiness isn't built to last. When Isaiah has a chance to complete the family he always dreamed of, will the family I never knew I wanted be left behind?

Contains mature themes.

I wasn't a fan of this one. I liked the first book, but the plot this was very cheesy and ho hum. didn't add anything to the popular trope of accidental pregnancy.

the pop culture references were tiresome and many of them quite dated.

the narrators we're fine, but the production seemed to be all over the place.

I listened on 1.40x speed, but there were a ton of really long awkward paused in the middle of paragraphs. the volume was really different between the male and female narrators. and there were a ton of weird mouth noises and breathing sounds in the male narrator part. gross.

it will be a while before I spend a credit on this author again.

mid, plus odd production
