A sequel to the Man with the Golden Gun
The final instalment of Anthony Horowitz’s 007 trilogy, With a Mind to Kill , compliments Ian Fleming’s The Man with the Golden Gun. Rory Kinnear’s performance is spot on. His Bond voice reminded me of George Lazenby. I would add the book to the reading (or listening) order of Thunderball (Blofeld is introduced) -> On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (Blofeld escapes) -> You Only Live Twice (Bond meets Blofeld again and ends up in Russia) -> The Man with the Golden Gun (Bond returns from Russia and goes after Scaramanga) -> With a Mind to Kill (Bond returns to Russia).
