Don't like the reader
the reader does not do justice to the authors poetic words...can't stand listening to this, I'll buy the book and read it myself. I wish Danielle Dulsky was reading this instead.

Wonderful book - would appreciate written appendices
I loved the book and the narration was amazing, it held me riveted and helped me get a little uncomfortable (always a good thing).
There are a lot of suggestions of meditations, and poems, that I would like - when you are listening in a car, it’s not possible to stop and do the meditation at the moment, and some would require reviewing a couple times to do it correctly (the narration was quicker than the meditation would be). I would have appreciated a written copy of these meditations, and of the references in the back of the book.
