CAUTION!!! Guaranteed to cause EPIC results!
I own this in paperback and now having audio allows for soaking in all this goodness in the car, relaxing at night, anywhere on the go! So so glad to be able to immerse in this even deeper.
First time? Fair warning - have tissue close by, a totally open mind, and be genuine in your readiness to find the good, the bad and the ugly deep inside. And then CHANGE IT! Tracy cuts out all the crap, eliminates the psychobabble, and gets real in a way that leaves you with only two options; change or remain the same. Up to you. But you will be unable to remain the same without knowing that YOU are the number one reason for the place and circumstances that you live in.
I fully recommend this to anyone that needs a kick in the a$$ and then a big hug. Someday maybe this will be a required curriculum in our colleges. I sure wish it had been available to me long ago.

While there isn't anything here that I haven't already heard by other people, the way that Tracy has packaged them together and presented it speaks to me. It's like she's talking directly to me, and wrote this book because she knew what I needed to hear and understand. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

honest and truth
This is a second audible book I've ever listen to. You will enjoy listening to Tracy's voice and you feel like she's right here with you! She's respectful she's funny she's intelligent she's knowledgeable she's compassionate and she holds you accountable shows you how to hold yourself accountable and that the best choice in life is to know that you have a choice!
