Wraith Like Me is the journey of a woman from childhood through her mid-30s. These strange poems chronicle her experiences with trauma, abuse, anxiety, and a bottomless rage. The words begin the trails of healing, hope, and self-acceptance (a story that will continue in future poetry collections).
While these poems largely follow the experiences of one woman, listeners will find their own struggles and truths reflected as well. Wraith Like Me is the story of an everywoman told in the raw, the naked, and the exposed. Listeners should come prepared to be stripped down and be made into something new by the words herein.
