THIS BOOK SERIES 😍🥲💔 Obsessed. So glad I finally picked up the first one because it leads to this fantastic finale. The action sequences are next-level, and I loved watching all the foreshadowing pull together in the end. Love these characters, the struggles, the loss, the found-family of it all. It’s a huge stakes ending and climax and the results are satisfying, despite leaving me with some heartache. Uugh! 😭

Fidele was done so dirty in this series IMO 😤

An epic conclusion

Repetitive oh so repetitive
This was Book 3 for the most part. I read the Blood Sworn trilogy before this series expecting the same excellent pacing, characters, world, etc. This series had none of that and was 1.5 books too long. I have no idea how his editor didn’t trim this down significantly. It’s just a rinse and repeat novel of the same scenarios played out with different characters. I was playing it at 1.7x just to get to the end!
