I could not stop listening to Loral's book; it such a spiritual book! I love that. The best spiritual lesson I learned was being able to identify the identification with perfection" (small mindedness) and instead identifying with my "yes energy"; not forsaking or overlooking my gifts. seeking an to surround myself with team, sequencing, masterminding, and releasing negative beliefs. That wasn't as articulated as I like it to be, but it really resonated, it was a very subtle discernment. Staying uncompromised and in integrity is another key take home principle. This book of Yes Energy principals allowed me to understand "me". and "built a bridge of knowledge" from which I could leverage my energy UP to help manifest my best iteration of "self" I found the foundation of it very sound.
