I listened to this book constantly & finished it in less than 3 days. I was sceptical about the audio book because I struggle to retain what I read but this was amazing. I listened as I cleaned, hung clothes on the line, laid in bed and even when I was in the car. I needed to hear so much of what she was saying! I'm going through a dark season & this book couldn't have come at a better time. My favorite bible verse is Deuteronomy 31:6 which I had shared with friends just days before & to my surprise she quoted that very verse in her book. I think God is trying to tell me something. Jess Connolly is coming to my church this weekend for our Women's Harvest Conference & I cannot wait to hear her speak. Thank you for helping me see that the "Ideal Miranda" isnt realistic. Even though I'm in a difficult season, this book taught me that, God has placed me where I'm at on purpose because I'm the girl for the job. I will learn to let go of trying to be perfect & do everything right because its Gods purpose and he is meant to do the heavy lifting.
