The year is 2011, and what starts as a pervasive and inexplicable illness ends up as a zombie infestation that devastates the world's population. Short chapters and well narrated.
Also seems to follow a more.. "believable" zombie explanation. How the dead would decay, etc.

Was an excellently written novella that managed to creep me out without really doing anything creepy. Managed to capture the feeling a recorded journal's perfectly.

Well written and nice ambience

Not a bad book to listen to in an afternoon. I really liked the character voice depiction. It seemed very honest and believable. Main character is simple but relatable. One thing I disliked was the main character is constantly gulping and swallowing… sounds like he needs to drink something 90% of the time. it was annoying. Once you get over the mouth noises it’s worth a listen.
