I can’t believe it took until episode 5 to have a guy on the podcast! (It was worth the wait though you guys.)
Dylan and I chat about what it takes to get sober, the spiritual aspect of recovery, and the mental fortitude that goes into being a Spartan Race finisher (!!!) as well as a person in recovery.
