With the large amount of available data at Heineken, the appetite for doing more with AI and machine learning has been growing. In this episode, we hear from Senior Analytics Consultant Sandra Oudshoff and Management Reporting Manager Jasper van Panhuis how AI and data analytics are being applied at Heineken and what value it brings to their organization. Heineken is harvesting their data-driven journey. The goal is to use their data to make improvements across various business domains, ranging from the brewing of beer to delivering it to the consumer – all whilst being more sustainable. Heineken uses the GAIn AI Translator Program to empower this journey and also to identify new growth opportunities.
