À propos de cet audio
Sometimes, when you’re tired, you feel worse after resting and have no idea why. Sometimes giving yourself a break leaves you more exhausted than before.
And even if you know how to stay healthy, even if you’re eating well and sleeping enough, some days you feel like you just can’t get off the couch, and it takes all of your discipline to make yourself do anything at all.
Why does this happen?
Because “low energy” comes in different forms - and those forms require different approaches to feel better.
Rest needs to match the root cause of tiredness in order to be effective.
This is exactly why relaxation and self care can have the opposite effect: leaving you unmotivated, empty, and melancholy when it was supposed to “fill your cup.”
In this episode, I explain the 4 Types of Energy: what each of them does, what they’re responsible for, and what they feel like when they’re low.
So let’s get to the bottom of why rest can be draining, how to avoid this, and how to start mastering your energy!
